The $199 price is a starting rate for qualifying vehicles. Retrieval frequency, return procedures, additional handling fees, and availability are confirmed in the written storage agreement.
Our storage plan is designed for vehicles driven about once per week or less. Need frequent access for commuting? Ask about our regular monthly parking options instead.

Can I access my car whenever I want?
Retrieval requires at least 8 hours' advance notice and scheduling with our team. This is a low-use storage plan, not daily-access parking.
Can I store an SUV, van, classic, or specialty vehicle?
Many vehicle categories may qualify, subject to dimensions, weight, garage clearances, and stacker restrictions. Trucks and oversized vehicles may not fit. Contact us with your vehicle details before booking.
Is $199 the final price for every vehicle?
$199/month is the advertised starting storage rate. Final pricing and any applicable taxes or fees depend on vehicle eligibility and the agreed terms.
Where is the storage facility?
Our indoor facility is in Mott Haven, Bronx, NY, inside a luxury high-rise. We provide full arrival details during the inquiry process.
Is this suitable for daily commuters?
No. If you need frequent in-and-out access, ask us about regular monthly parking instead.
